Education Is Our Business at the

30th Winter Fancy Food Show®

New York, NY — Success starts with knowledge—and the place to explore the most pertinent topics relevant to the specialty food industry is at the Educational Program at the 30th Winter Fancy Food Show, scheduled for January 23 – 25, 2005, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Trends, sales strategies, public relations perspectives, e-retailing, beer and cheese pairings and visual marketing are just a few of the sessions available. In addition, the popular Supplier Education Day programs, which run on the Friday before the Show, will be shortened from the full-day format to an intense three hours of education, making them easier to attend for busy manufacturers and suppliers. With 19 programs in total, the Educational Program offers something for every serious specialty food professional.

Education At-A-Glance

The Winter Fancy Food Show Educational Program offers four types of sessions—3-hour intensives for suppliers; 3-hour workshops; 1- to 2-hour seminars; and off-site tours. “We’ve structured the program so that it fits better into busy schedules, and offers new and helpful perspectives on their businesses,” says Ron Tanner, vice president of communications & education of the NASFT.
