 IGA Coca-Cola Perspective

Time is Running Out!

A message to the Alliance from...
Paulo Goelzer, Ph.D.
President
IGA Coca-Cola Institute

The best managers in the food retail industry recognize a need to constantly find ways to improve their business's performance, customer experience and profitability. This is why mangers—whether they are new or have worked in the industry for years—consistently benefit from attending the IGA Coca-Cola Institute's International Supermarket Management Class (ISMC). This year, the ISMC is taking place at The Coca-Cola Company Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, during the week of October 5-9, 2009.

The five-day class will bring together top industry speakers and attendees from 14 different nations, giving students an opportunity to learn more about store operations, business administration, people management, trends and innovations. Information is provided through a mix of classroom experience, online courses, group activities and discussion sessions, as well as through ideas gathered during store tours.

The combination of these elements presents managers with a new dimension to their people development. You can learn more about the ISMC at www.igainstitute.com, or call us at 773-695-2611 to discuss. In the meantime, don't forget that the early registration deadline is quickly approaching; register before September 18th and you will enjoy the benefits of the ISMC with savings of up to $400!

We look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks,

Paulo Goelzer
