A message to retailers from...

IGALink Website Support Center
Webstop.com Inc.

Last month IGA and Webstop announced the launch of IGALink, the new digital marketing program that provides unique full-featured grocery websites and mobile web apps to all IGA USA retailers. Today, Webstop's Rebecca Hemphill reminds IGA Retailers of an important resource, the IGALink Website Support Center.

When Webstop.com, Inc. partnered with IGA to become their digital marketing technology services provider, we were thrilled to not only be working with such a wonderful, community-based company, but also to be able to provide full-featured, highly integrated websites and mobile web apps to every IGA USA retailer and their consumers. Here at Webstop, we place customer service and satisfaction above all else. With that in mind, we worked with IGA to create the new IGALink Website Support Center for retailers. We wanted to create an environment where retailers could come to not only learn how to use the Administration Features of their website, but also ask any questions or express any concerns.

With the creation of the IGALink Website Support Center, we have been able to help numerous retailers with questions ranging from how to get the weekly ad featured on their site to advice on glider creation and requests for administrative access to their website features. Because the IGALink Website Support Center is continuously monitored during normal business hours and periodically over evenings and weekends, we are able to respond quickly with helpful information. There are also links in the Support Center to the IGA Alliance Site as well as The Coca-Cola Institute so you can easily navigate back and forth if needed.

Since the IGALink Support Center went live, we have received hundreds of emails from retailers with questions and requests for additional help on getting started with their IGALink websites. It has been a pleasure to work so closely with the retailers and hear about their experience with IGALink! We understand that beginning a new digital marketing program can be a bit intimidating at first and so created the IGALink Website Support Center with you in mind. We are constantly updating the articles in the Center as well as adding new ones with every topic imaginable relating to your IGALink websites. We invite you to join the IGALink Website Support Center community and look forward to helping you in any way we can!

Kind regards,

Rebecca Hemphill
