 IGA Red Oval Family Perspective

Clorox Bleach: A Modern Miracle for Your Shoppers!

A message to IGA Retailers from...
Bob Richardson
Director of Sales, Customer Development
The Clorox Company

The Clorox Company is a proud member of the IGA Red Oval Family and is pleased to be leveraging the power of the IGA Alliance to address the needs of IGA shoppers.

It should come as no surprise that The Clorox Company's heritage brand is Clorox Beach, but did you know that this product, first introduced in 1913, is the most widely used affordable disinfectant on earth? Or how about that Clorox Beach is a sustainable product with 95-98 percent breaking down into salt and water? Or that what remains is effectively treated by sewer and septic systems?

Tried and true for over six generations, Clorox Bleach remains the most trusted brand of bleach for a cleaner, healthier home. In fact, Clorox Bleach's most enduring role is protecting families by killing viruses and bacteria like MRSA, Salmonella and E. Coli on surfaces within the home. We call it the "Modern Miracle."

Why such intent focus on one product? As the Number 1 unit selling item and Number 3 dollar item in the laundry and laundry additives aisle, Clorox Bleach is a staple in the lives of many of your IGA shoppers, and here at the Clorox Company, we want you to feel good about merchandising and selling Clorox Bleach in your IGA stores.

To learn more about the Clorox Company or any of the products we produce, please visit us at http://www.thecloroxcompany.com or contact me directly. The Clorox Company will continue to help to increase the value of the Red Oval partnership and the IGA Alliance through its innovative and exciting Home Care and premium quality-branded food products.

Thanks,

Bob Richardson
