Advertising complexities and how they are applicable to the food industry will set the tone for another segment during Session II. Understanding enforcement policies - substantiating claims, deceptive practices, nutritional and environmental claims, comparative advertising claims - will be examined in depth. Discussions will also address website advertising and labeling.
