Updated to reflect changes as of January 2006.
During a six month time period, FDA typically sees hundreds of
changes in personnel, phone numbers, and addresses—all of which will affect
you when you're trying to locate a particular person at the agency.
FDLI's
2006 FDA Directory will help make your search process faster and easier. It
is organized by Center and includes both the Office of the Commissioner and
the Office of Regulatory Affairs.
No other resource published today compiles the material you
will find in the 2006 FDA Directory:
- Names, titles, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses
- Mailing addresses and building codes
- Complete alphabetical listing of all FDA employees and their contact information
- Organizational charts for each Center
- Mission statements for each Center
- ORA Field Operations broken out by region
- Photos and biographies of key individuals in the Office of the Commissioner
Plus a comprehensive General Information section that provides an overview
of:
- FDA's international role
- Making a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request
- Advisory Committees
- Additional FDA resources, and more
The FDA Directory is updated twice each year by FDLI staff who research and
cross-reference information from FDA's website with data received from each
Center, and is based on a composite of the Department of Health and Human Services
(DHHS) employee listings.
To ensure that you have the most current and accurate information available,
the 2006 FDA Directory is offered as a one-year subscription of two issues.
