News Mitsubishi Corporation subsidiary Princes Limited
entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the canning operations of
Premier Foods Plc for £182 million. Under the terms of the proposed agreement,

& Blackwell; two UK based factory sites and all associated fixed assets; and all
remaining inventories of raw materials and
